Why walk-in vet care matters

People have walk-in medical care, why shouldn’t our pets? PetWellClinic® was built with the busy pet owner in mind, and our process reflects that! We prioritize your time, your pet’s health, and your overall experience. Skip the appointment and simply walk in with your pet when you need us.

Each of our clinics provides high-quality preventative vet care, as well as minor ailment treatment, and chronic condition management.

We serve pets and their owners throughout the United States with an emphasis on convenience and compassion. Our team is built with your pet’s health in mind. We care for every dog and cat as if it were our own.

Drop by with your pet at any time! No appointment is ever necessary.

Meet Our Vet

Dr. Jan Allard

Veterinarian

Dr. Jan was born and raised in Delaware and was drawn to animals from a very young age. Although her dream was always to become a veterinarian, that accomplishment took a circuitous route. She completed her undergraduate degree from the University of Delaware and moved to Baltimore, Maryland to start a career in Human Resources. While working in that field for 10 years, she also received her Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Johns Hopkins University.

Recognizing at that point that Human Resources was not going to be a fulfilling, lifelong career for her, she began working on realizing her dream. After completing her prerequisite work at Towson State University, for admission to veterinary school, and gaining experience with a local feline practice, she was accepted into the Virginia-Maryland College of Veterinary Medicine in Blacksburg, Virginia. She graduated in 1998 and has been passionately practicing general small animal medicine since that time. Dr. Jan’s special interests include preventative medicine, internal medicine and feline medicine.

Outside of practice, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband and son and their two dogs (a Corgi named Cadan, a Cockapoo named Gilly) and their four cats (Toulouse, Madison, Miss Kitty and Winston Churchill, the Maine Coon). She also enjoys working out, reading, riding horses and spending time with family and friends.
