Position Overview

PetWellClinic Leetsdale is seeking a Part-Time Associate Veterinarian to join our team. This position is ideal for a veterinarian looking for a rewarding clinical role with a predictable three-day-per-week schedule and a strong emphasis on work-life balance.

We are a walk-in veterinary clinic providing accessible, high-quality care for dogs and cats. Our practice model allows veterinarians to focus on patient care and client relationships without many of the demands associated with traditional full-service hospitals.

$80,000 starting annual salary for 3 days per week

About the Role

As a Part-Time Associate Veterinarian, you will provide compassionate, high-quality care to canine and feline patients, including:

Wellness and preventative care
Vaccinations
Physical examinations
Diagnosis and treatment of common illnesses and minor injuries
Chronic disease management
Client education and communication
Building lasting relationships with pets and their families
Recognizing cases that require referral to a full-service or specialty hospital
Our walk-in model provides variety throughout the day while allowing you to practice medicine within a clearly defined scope.

Qualifications

Required:

DVM or VMD degree from an accredited veterinary school
Current Pennsylvania veterinary license, or eligibility for Pennsylvania licensure
Excellent communication and client-service skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, walk-in clinical environment
Compassionate, professional, and team-oriented approach to patient care

Preferred:

Previous small-animal general practice experience

Experience in a walk-in, urgent-care, or outpatient veterinary setting
Interest in developing long-term relationships with patients, clients, and the local community
