Our Story
Founded in 2009 by Dr. Sam Meisler, DVM, PetWellClinic® was inspired by the idea of a pet-focused “minute clinic.” Dr. Meisler and his wife, Julie, envisioned a solution to make veterinary care more affordable and accessible, especially during challenging times like the Great Recession. In 2010, the first PetWellClinic® opened in Knoxville, Tennessee. Today, we’ve grown to 33 locations nationwide, bringing our walk-in care model to pet families across the U.S.
