Adding A New Pet To Your Family? We Have Affordable Packages To Help!

Getting a new puppy or kitten is certainly exciting, but it can also be a bit daunting when you add up the vaccinations and products your new pet will need for a healthy start. It’s very common for new pet owners to be uncertain about exactly what’s required to make sure their puppy or kitten is properly vaccinated, and what products they need to consider for prevention of parasites like ticks, fleas, and heartworms.

We’re here to help! PetWellClinic offers puppy and kitten packages that bundle vaccinations and other critical services at affordable prices, designed to take the guesswork out of which vaccinations are needed and when each should be administered.

Our Basic Puppy Package, at $99, includes a full physical examination, canine DAPP, fecal (so please bring in a stool sample) test, and deworming for hookworms and roundworms on your puppy’s first visit. Then, at three week intervals, a canine DAPP booster and deworming and fecal test will be repeated until your puppy has at least two DAPPs given over 12 weeks of age.  On the last two visits, your puppy will receive a Leptospirosis vaccination, and on the last visit, a rabies vaccine (required by state law for dogs 6-months of age and older) and a Bordetella, also known as kennel cough, vaccination.

We recommend starting the puppy plan at 6-8 weeks of age. We also offer a Plus Puppy Package for $199, which includes everything that the Basic Puppy Package does PLUS a full physical examination at every puppy plan visit, nail trim each time, and a dose of heartworm preventative.

Our Basic Kitten Package, at $99, includes a full physical examination, feline FVRCP, fecal (so please bring in a stool sample) test, and deworming for hookworms and roundworms on your kitten’s first visit. Then every three weeks, a feline FVRCP booster, deworming and fecal test will be repeated until your kitten has had at least two DAPPs administered over 12 weeks of age. On the last two visits, your kitten will also receive the Felv vaccine, and on the last visit, a rabies vaccination will be administered, which is required by state law for cats as well as dogs 6-months of age or older.

We recommend starting the kitten plan at 6-8 weeks of age. The Plus Kitten Package, at $199, includes everything that the Basic Kitten Package does PLUS a full physical examination at every kitten plan visit, nail trim each time and a dose of heartworm preventive.

Aside from the vaccinations, you’ll also need to consider flea, tick, and heartworm prevention products when your puppy or kitten is as young as 4-6 weeks. There are chewable and topical options, and your vet can help you determine which product is best for your pet.
