It’s the 10th Annual MariGrowl parade this Saturday, March 4, and we’ll be there!

Spectators will line the streets of downtown Knoxville to watch hundreds of furry friends, many in costume, march with their humans to raise awareness for the life-saving efforts of Young-Williams Animal Center.

The mission is to “Find a Home for Every Pet,” and is Young-Williams Animal Center’s largest fundraiser.

Mardi Growl has been voted “Best Non-Profit fundraiser,” and since this is the 10th year we expect it to be the biggest event ever. The pet parade steps off at 11 a.m. from Willow Avenue, winds through the Old City and down Gay Street before ending on Market Square with a festival from noon-2 p.m.
