  1. Under the “Records” tab at the top, either login or register if you haven’t previously logged in. (Note: If you have been to any of our clinics before then you are in our system already—go to the login page and click on the “Existing Client” link to get your login credentials emailed to you. If you re-register, you may create a duplicate record. And please feel free to email us at care@petwellclinic.com if you have any questions or issues logging in.)
  1. Your pet portal will appear—click on your pet’s icon, or your pet’s photo if you’ve uploaded one.
  1. See locations and queue on the right during open clinic hours. Then click on the “add” button of the preferred clinic. (Note: the “add” to the queue button will only show up when the particular clinic is open.)
