Our clients tell us repeatedly how much they like the easy in-and-out service at the three PetWellClinic® locations in Knoxville and Alcoa, and now we’re making it even quicker by adding a new Pet Record Portal to our website. Clients are now able to access an online “dashboard” with their pet’s information, including vaccination records, and upload their pet’s photo. Plus, we’ve added an online queue so that you can get in line and reserve your spot before even coming to the clinic.

It’s simple:

1. Go to www.petwellclinic.com.

2. Under the “Records” tab at the top, either login or register if you haven’t previously logged in. (Note: If you have been to any of our clinics before then you are in our system already—go to the login page and click on the “Existing Client” link to get your login credentials emailed to you. If you re-register, you may create a duplicate record.)

3. Your pet portal will appear—click on your pet’s icon, or your pet’s photo if you’ve uploaded one.

4. See locations and queue on the right during open clinic hours. Then click on the “add” button of the preferred clinic. (Note: the “add” to the queue button will only show up when the particular clinic is open.)
