Meet Our Vet

DR. vanessa snyder

Veterinarian

Dr. Snyder, a native of Philadelphia, completed her undergraduate degree at La Salle University prior to entering the pharmaceutical industry and academia. She worked for several years as a scientist prior to entering the field of veterinary medicine. She obtained her doctorate of veterinary medicine and masters of public health from Michigan State University.

 

Following her studies at MSU, Dr. Snyder’s experience included an internship in small animal medicine and surgery at Oklahoma State University and a specialty internship focused on diagnostic imaging. Her professional interests include ultrasonography and urgent care medicine.

 

In her spare time, Dr. Snyder enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter as well as their two dogs (a German shepherd and Canadian pointer) and cats (domestic short hair cats). She also enjoys international travel, kayaking, and spending time with family and friends.
