A survey in the Harvard Business Review evaluated the varying degrees of customer loyalty to a product or service. As it turns out, a customer’s willingness to refer a business to someone else is the strongest indication of loyalty, even higher than a customer’s rating of satisfaction with the product or service. The article says, “When customers act as references, they do more than indicate that they’ve received good economic value from a company; they put their own reputations on the line.”

“Holiday overtime is taking a toll on my free time and I was so glad to find this walk-in clinic on my off day. Took little Luna bug in for her first vet visit today and it was a breeze. 1 pm on a Wednesday and nobody else was in there and we were helped right away. We opted for the complete puppy package—which includes an overall exam, fecal test, deworm, a combo shot + bordetella nasal spray, and 1 dose of monthly heartworm prevention—for $99. The vet and her assistant were super nice and informative and kept Luna as calm as she possibly could have been. She never shows people aggression but was feeling a little antsy when we came in but they quickly eased her nerves. Will be returning in a month or so for her last set of shots and her rabies! I would definitely recommend this clinic.”
